José Rocha holds a BSc in Physical Engineering, a BSc in Aerospace Engineering, a MSc in Aerospace Engineering, and a Post-Graduation in Composite Materials.

Having served as a Postholder for Continuing Airworthiness (NPCA) and Deputy Accountable Manager across EASA, Isle of Man (IOMAR), and San Marino (SMAR) regulatory frameworks, and with extensive senior engineering leadership across NetJets Europe, OMNI Executive Aviation, and OrionJets, he founded ROCHA AERONAUTICS to deliver uncompromising engineering rigor, airworthiness certainty, and operational custody.
